- Delivery time
All our items are made to order. Count approximatively 4 weeks for a regular item, up to 5 weeks for a larger item. We can guarantee a delivery time upon request.
- Shipping
Whenever it is possible we use UPS. However, for oversized items, a freight carrier will handle the merchandise to your door. Carriers are not responsible for bringing the shipment inside your home. We insure the merchandise against damages.
- Payment
We accept personal checks and money orders in U.S. funds only. If your order is to be shipped with UPS, you can choose to pay C.O.D. for an extra $9.50. Otherwise all orders must be prepaid. We charge $25 for a returned check. Checks which have to be sent to collection will be subject to a $55.00 fee plus reasonable attorney’s fee, in addition to the amount of the check.
